After uploading my newest song, it said something about uploading to geometry dash and to make sure you own all rights. Is there a way I can upload my music for users to play in the game? I have no clue how that works.

I'm pretty sure that you have to be Scouted to be able to get your songs on GMD.

Well, all people have to do is copy your song link and it will feature in GD, as long as in the audio submission page you state that you own all rights.
That means original works only. No remixes or covers.
